Understand that apart from being fat the other risk factors include enlarged tonsils.

So it’s either due to porkiness or having large organs in your throat.
Perhaps you could try giving THAT up

Was diagnosed with it 10 years ago Len, have to use a CPAP machine now every night when I go to bed. Its uncomfortable to wear the mask at first, then got used to it, now cant sleep without it.
Although I suffer with COPD too....
